They Hung up in my faceafter canceling my appointment less than 24 hours before and 2 weeks after i set it. Very unprofessional and when i called to reset my appointment, i was pushed back 3 weeks and the operator HUNG UP on me afte 5 minutes of trying to reschedule. Pitiful, very unprofessional and rude.
Y'all called me three times and I called back to get a unprofessional receptionist I didn't even get a chance said they call right back I made sure to set y'all number up as a fraud because I never received a voicemail I told her that too she could have helped out a bit more but I would want her at the front who know how many poor people she's done that too.
My husband is trying to get VA disability and the VA requested records from different places. They received from NCH and the surgical center of Naples but not Physicians. I called and they claim they never got a request . I find that hard to believe. If the VA doesn’t get the records my husband will probably not get his request. So we are driving there on Friday. I hope someone is in the office.
