Can’t get a live person to answer the phone to schedule. Missed a call from this physicians office. I called back the number it came from that ends in 4000. The phone was answered by a Chinese woman who can hardly speak English. To top it off after barely understanding her she was extremely rude. I didn’t know what type of doctor returned my call for a referral as I had more than one referral. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Nurse Melanie Williams from Physicians Regional Medical. She cared for me on *April 16th*, and she was absolutely incredible. I was in a great deal of pain, and she made my comfort and well-being her top priority. She stayed by my side the entire time, attending not only to my physical needs but also to my emotional state. My Mother is 93 and the nurses and Doctors were very compassionate and very nice to Mom and the family!

Justine, the Tech in Radiology, is great! If my review is only about her, her compassion, her caring, then I would’ve given 5 stars. The Desk 18 lady, Franchia(I think) is efficient and personable, establishes eye-contact. Where this review loses a star is with the ladies at Desk 17. No smile, barely establishes eye-contact, no warmth, no ‘warm-fuzzies’. They were efficient and effective though.
