Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable of my procedure. Very friendly. I highly recommend them.
I took my mom here for surgery they where Quick and the staff was really nice.
I’ve been to more professional veterinary hospitals if I’m honest. They schedule an outpatient procedure everything gets approved and you pay your co-pay. Unfortunately the anesthesiologist was young and female and clearly not comfortable doing her job even on a minor procedure. And cancels the whole thing. One glimpse at a file and just like that she realizes she’s too afraid to go it alone. I don’t know if DEI is to blame but I could see the nurse was embarrassed by the anesthesiologist.
