Schedule Nightmare!!! I had an appointment that gave me 2 weeks to plan for my loved ones that depend on me. That was great. The surgery was to be on a Monday. The Friday before they canceled my surgery and moved it to the following Thursday for 3 pm. No problem. This is our 3rd time using this facility for pediatric same day surgery. Everyone is amazing! Thank you all so much for your outstanding care!
I had a procedure at this facility in June 2024. It is the most comfortable and cleanest surgery center I've been in. Check-in was a breeze. The medical professionals/staff are amazing here. They take real good care of you. They explain everything thoroughly and are super friendly. Rachel was my main nurse before my procedure and she was awesome. The surgical and anesthesiology personnel were equally awesome.
