I’ve been to more professional veterinary hospitals if I’m honest. They schedule an outpatient procedure everything gets approved and you pay your co-pay. Unfortunately the anesthesiologist was young and female and clearly not comfortable doing her job even on a minor procedure. And cancels the whole thing. I had my Tonsils out they did amazing on my surgery even though I had consultation after my surgery they even came Over to the er And checked on me, The staff was amazing and very nice and caring. They took good care of me.
Schedule Nightmare!!! I had an appointment that gave me 2 weeks to plan for my loved ones that depend on me. That was great. The surgery was to be on a Monday. The Friday before they canceled my surgery and moved it to the following Thursday for 3 pm. No problem.
