I am a patient here under my primary physician of record Heghine Muradyan and have also seen NP monique smallson. I was prescribed emsam, a critical medication for me and for my future transplant. to be compliant with cedar Sinai requests. I was initially given a 3 month prescription. I was not told anything further and assumed it was a standard refill. When i refill CVS told me that monique smallson had denied the prescription multiple times. That i should contact her.
