I had labs done a few months back BEFORE Dr Li left. Today I recieved notification that lab results had been added to the portal. Apparently Dr Li DID review the labs last month and she DID request that I be seen BEFORE she left but I NEVER received a phone call because according to "Tiffany Porter" there was no voice-mail available. I NEVER received a phone call in regards to my labs which are abnormal by the way. Been going to this practice for years. Started with Dr Crosse who was excellent but left. Then Dr Neth and she left. Then they gave me a nurse practitioner. Today I called for yearly check up appointment and they said my doctor left. Really you mean nurse practitioner but anyway said no longer taking new patients. I am not a new patient. Rude receptionist to boot. No help what 's so ever. Would give them no stars this place is going down hill. Been with this practice over 40 years too.

I've been a patient of Dr. Li since I moved here two years ago. Hands down best PCP I've had in a long, long time. Never had a problem with responsiveness through patient portal either. Only downsides are that it's very hard to get through by phone and it's very hard to schedule appointments because they're so booked.

I’m a known patient, I’ve been going to this office for years. That said I’ve called weekly to make an appointment to refill my prescription and when the actually answer - they refuse to schedule an appointment. They keep saying to ‘call back later on the month.’ Then they don’t answer. I’m on month 4 of this. No appointment. I’m giving them 2 stars only because when I was actually able to be seen - they did a great job. But I clearly need a new primary physician since they just keep putting me off.
