Doesn't pay a percentage but a flat fee. We purchased the highest level of coverage, waited the full year, and even at its best it's still only pays $35 to 40% of the total bill which is in my opinion horrible! I'm paying $100 a month for my husband and I but when we get a bill from the dentist they hardly get paid anything. So we are now looking for another insurance provider and we will just chalk it up to experience.
