I've been going to Dr.Jerome Garden & Dr.Bakus for over 30 years & I've never had any problems. I love how they are so nice to me. When I was younger, I was always scared to get my birthmark removed with a laser. They reassured me all the time. I still have work done & it's all good . The office staff has always been nice as well.

You just pick up and leave without telling patients who have been with you for decades?
Called to make appointment about a specific condition. The receptionist put me on the books and the day of my arrival the nurse didn’t know what I was in for (red flag #1) I explained what I wanted to do, again a very specific procedure. The doctor came in and started chatting for 10+ mins telling me everything I already knew about what I wanted to do and then proceeds to tell me that they don’t offer that procedure (red flag #2) I’m then charged for a consultation that he can’t do (red flag #3).
Dr. Jerome Garden is excellent and professional, and has a wealth of expertise in the field. Physicians Laser has been a great help and I can trust them to help resolve any dermatology issues.
