Staff and doctors are very rude and demeaning. One really amazing doctor used to work there (still does) but even his attitude has shifted to not caring like before. It's sad and disappointing. A patient's health should matter to them as HCPs, especially if they call about an urgent health situation (instead of making them feel like a burden for calling outside of office hours)... potential health emergencies don't always happen at convenient times. I'll be looking for a different practice to go to. There are better options ... read more

I’m a 3rd shift person. I made the last appointment of the day. They called during the day to ask if I wanted to move up my appointment as they had a cancellation. My daughter answered since I was asleep and explained that I could not make an earlier appointment, but she would pass on the message. When i got there at my scheduled time, they had left.

I had a CT scan today and everyone from the women at the front counter to Janelle (who actually performed the CT scan) was very kind and helpful. This was my third appointment at that location and I have never run into anyone who was short tempered or disrespectful in any way (contrary to what other reviewers have stated). The policy is indeed to come in and turn over your paperwork and then go have a seat until they're ready to assist you but to me that makes sense because it prevents congestion at the reception window.

Highly recommend! Had a very positive experience with mammogram and ultrasound.
