I went here because I was very ill. Before getting services I confirmed with the front desk woman if they take my insurance. I was told with confidence that they do accept my insurance. She took my insurance card and had me pay only my co-pay. Then later I receive a bill for $200.00 because my insurance is not covered. Why did she lie to me? I would have left if I would have been told they do not accept my insurance. I then called to express my concern of the woman lying to me and they were not helpful. I went here for the first and last time in July to get an x-ray. The service was very, very prompt and the staff was friendly, but everything else was poor. The x-ray technician took two x-rays before I realized that my protective covering was on backwards, exposing my entire front to the x-ray machine. Then she actually laughed and expressed indifference when I pointed this out to her.
