What a wonderful patient experience! Laura, the receptionist. Was extremely kind and thorough. Claudia, the tech that took my vitals, was wonderful and patient and Kaitlyn the NP was tremendous. All three have such compassion for people and it appears that they all truly like their job. Thank you.
If you're transgender, youre likely the first trans person a nurse has seen. They only have a Female and Male gender option. It dosnt matter if youve legally changed your sex on all your documents and ID. There is no option for "assigned female at birth, transgender male" or "assigned male at birth, transgender female." The reason there needs to be "assigned x at birth, transgender" options is because many trans people are on horomones, and don't look like the sex they're assigned at birth. Friendly staff!!! Wait time less 10 min.!!!
I went to Glendale Heights location for a medication refill since I couldn't be seen by my primary care doctor in time. Cynthia was very helpful and pleasant while helping me navigate this difficult situation
This was the best experience I've ever had at any immediate care. The staff and doctors were amazing. They took care of all patients in a timely manner. No long waiting and just seeing people walking around looking like they're doing nothing. I was able to go in and get taken care of all in under 2 hours. That's with 8 stitches as well. I'm from the city and would take a drive 35 minutes to be seen by this facility.
