office staff is rude every time I talk to them. unnecessary. the doctors, nurses, and pharmacy are fine.
I was a patient of Dr. Mac Moore, he was an excellent physician. However, do not pay them any money you do not know you owe. I knew I had met my deductible but kept getting collection notices becasue someone on the billing side couldn't figure out how to bill the insurance and they had applied the balance due to the deductible even though it had been met. I finally paid them 100.00 to keep from going to collection. My insurance also paid the 100. in Nov 2012. I am still trying to get refund of the 100. that is over paid and ... read more
