I was Dr. Cos' patient for over 25 years and was so sad when he passed away. Finding a new PCP can be especially difficult when you're closing in on retirement years. I chose Dr. Amy Chung and am SO PLEASED! Yet another gem of a doctor in The Woodlands. Dr. Chung accepted me (and my quirks) from my very first appointment - and did so with such kindness. The care I receive at PGOTW is also top notch. However, having a patient update and answer dozens times of questions in TWO different portals is crazy! What makes it even worse, the data I updated in the portal (medications list) was not updated on the paper copy that I was instructed to hand to the NA. I had to update the paper copy as well. The portal should be capable of sending a notification to your office indicating that the patient has updated their information. This notification is the prompt to print any documents t... read more
Olivia was great! My needs were met and I was in and out quickly.
Very clean and nice and they take the time to listen and get to the real cause of the illness and get it taken care of care of
I miss Dr Cos a great deal but his staff continue to honor his ethos and the quality of care he provided. I feel safe, heard and trust I’m receiving the best care possible. Love the staff and the front office too.
