Getting quick results has been a rare occurrence, as delays are common.
I am a APRN at a pediatric office. It is great to be able to offer our patients quick results with the respiratory and urinary panels. We always get the results back the next day. There have been times a staff member has to log in to get the results or we have to call regarding results but majority of the time they do fax them over. overall it is a great and convenient service!
I work at a family medicine office and we love the services at PGL. The lab turnaround time is within 24 hours. Someone is always available to answer any questions. The services are priced very reasonable and allow our private pay clients more and better access to care.
