I don't recommend this office. Don't return phone calls after leave messages for days and incompetent to work the system to make it more easy to collect money.
SORELY DISAPPOINTED. I phoned Saturday, sore throat, coughing, headache, flu symptoms; the over the counter meds not working. The representative said I could be a walk in; open until noon. I get to the west Colonial location; they are closed. I attempted to phone back multiple times; unsuccessful in reaching anyone. Locations should not state they have Saturday hours if they do not. Will be seeking a new primary care physician.
Great Experience , with Dr Guerrier he explained everything so clear Staff was so professional And made us at ease.
