I was unable to make an appointment today to see Dr. Lawhon because he hasn’t seen me in 4 years. I would be considered as a new patient with Medicare and they don’t accept new patients with Medicare. I have been his patient for at least 30 years.

Jackie and Elaine (I think is her name) are 2 of the most unprofessional staff members I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It took over a month of back and forth phone calls to verify insurance that should've been verified the first time. Then when we finally get an appointment, we get there today only to figure out the doctor wasn't there. I've talked to their office manager, however she seems to have the same not care attitude as her subordinates (hmm...wonder where they learn it from). I highly recommend to neve... read more
