Getting an appointment is difficult and a call back from the doctor is nonexistent. The receptionist I spoke to is rude. Just called for a script and it’s urgent and I’m getting the run around about why it can’t be sent in now. They said no doctors will be in for 15 minutes and they have patients to see. Seriously, how long does it take to write a script? Definitely searching for a new practice.
Trying to get an appointment has become a full time job. You call today they say schedule not available for the month. You call the next day, oh that schedule is full, call us back at the end of the month for the next schedule. I’m assuming that no one cares or checks the negative reviews because nothing changes. I’ve been a patient with this group for over 30 years.
After 28 years with this practice, I have decided to find another office that runs professional and efficient. The doctors and nurse practitioners are exceptional, but attempting to make an appointment or have labs or imaging studies paperwork mailed or faxed is impossible. You are treated as if you are a nuisance for asking for an appointment. It is sad what has become of this practice.
Scheduling is rude & doesn't want to be bothered! They no longer send any type of reminder to schedule your appt. I called a month ahead of when due to make my appt & they have nothing available & don't have a schedule for past October. Everyone has a different story if you ask a question. I am done with this practice!
I have gone to this practice for 26 years and they have become TERRIBLE. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They mis coded my yearly mammogram 3 years ago and I ended up paying a bill I shouldn’t have paid. (Because nobody in the office would help me) I canceled an appt via text (following the instructions of the text they sent ) and they accused me of being a no show.
