I see all of the five star reviews, while my experience with this office was appalling. I took my 86 year old Mother to the office referred by her GP., at Family Practice in Hartsville, S.C. I had her SS card, Medicare card, and Insurance card, but the office wanted an ID????? They would not take my ID as I am the POA and on the Hippa documents. So, the office suggested I drive her to the Darlington, SC DMV for a photo ID. I said, "absolutely NOT." In short, I called Urgent Care, that I use, and there was NO problem. Love th... read more
