I called them, and they treated me terribly. They were extremely rude and just hung up on me. I wouldn’t go there even if it were free.
Went there to get my first class medical, felt right at home. I received amazing hospitality and respect from the staff. I was also able to receive my certificate the same day as well. Definitely getting my next medical here in the future.
Went to do my Class 1 medical and the experience was good. Would recommend if you need an AME in NYC
Doctor would not take new cash patient needing a prescription refill with no explanation
I went to get a first class medical, Dr. Guardarramas and his staff were incredible. The office manager Ava was very helpful assisting me with the paperwork and the MA Jeremy was very friendly and professional. I have experience in healthcare and they are top class! Very down to earth, old New York City personable practice which you just don't see around anymore. If you need an AME in the city I can't recommend Dr. Guardarramas and his staff enough. Thank you!
