Check-in to recovery staff were amazing. They were comforting, supportive, and understanding. Although, I am disappointed Dr. Keith Finman is retiring, he has left behind a great team. Thank you to Paola (check-in staff); Nicole and Kat (procedure room); Will (Anesthesia); and RN Jacobs (Recovery). You made this process and procedure go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend PEC.
I've had 3 screening colonoscopies, and this was the first one at PEC. I was very happy with the service at this location. Although it was very busy (Monday morning), the staff was personal, caring and attentive. I felt comfortable from the time I entered the office waiting room until I was brought to the car. Despite the busy look to the waiting room, I was cared for on a timely basis without unnecessary waiting time. I definitely would recommend to anyone.
