Appointment was 11AM. I arrived at 11:02. Sat in waiting room until 11:45 and that was after asking how long would I have to wait. Other patients that arrived after I did only waited a few minute before being called into exam area. After I was finally called still had to wait another 15 minutes to see the doctor. He did however apologized for the wait
Zack provided excellent customer service and made sure I got an appointment as soon as possible. He went the extra mile to track down my referral. Thanks Zack!
Waited over an hour or more!!! Saw the doctor for 10 minutes, won't let us try what we wanted to try. Came out with not a compassionate recommendation. Will not return.
Please get the patient portal up to speed! I’m going out on a limb here in saying you might have given it some time to make sure that patients had access to their records before switching to a new portal!
