I have tried to call and cancel my mother's appt that has passed away. I waited on hold for over 45 min only to be the next caller and be put back in hold..again today over 30 min on hold to be next caller and back on hold. I was trying to be courteous and cancel but who can do that when you phone system is so awful. Please do something about it. Thanks
The Dr I had is a very sad person.. doesn’t make eye contact with you and always in rush to get you out. Doesn’t really care what you say..always cuts you off in mid sentence.. horrible horrible
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Liangyong Jiang and would not recommend this office to anyone dealing with real pain. I went in for arthritis-related issues with a prior diagnosis of JRA and a history of being on medication. Instead of listening or taking my condition seriously, Dr. Jiang made completely off-base assumptions about my health. I absolutely love Dr. Balagani. She isn't the most smiley person you will run across. She is very on subject and direct, but she is a very thorough listener and actually really cares. She prescribed me medication immediately after seeing my blood test results and gave me information on the possible medications she may prescribe prior to testing so I would already be educated on it. My 2nd visit she said she could see the difference in my face that I was in far less pain. Really showed me more how she cares and how observant ... read more
