I had the wrong date for my appointment, it was actually three months in the future, the very sweet receptionist went out of her way to have them squeeze me in, so I didn’t have to miss my doctor, simply amazing!!!
Don’t get Michael Watterson. He does not have an understanding of the auto immune disease. SJOGRENS. He’s supposed to have an understanding of it because it is treated by a rheumatologist. Easy to get an appointment. Hardly any wait time to see the doctor. Staff very helpful and very nice.
I have tried to call and cancel my mother's appt that has passed away. I waited on hold for over 45 min only to be the next caller and be put back in hold..again today over 30 min on hold to be next caller and back on hold. I was trying to be courteous and cancel but who can do that when you phone system is so awful. Please do something about it. Thanks
