3 hour drive for Dr. to spend about 4 minutes with me. Like my Dr. bit dang. Felt like a wasted trip
I was referred to Dr Watterson whom never started my treatment, each appt he had an excuse as to why they haven’t started my treatments and why no one would return my calls. This went on for several weeks… I gave up and changed to another practice out of Cary NC. I had been trying to get off opioids and do the infusion. This office is very unorganized and unprofessional. He seem to not know what he was doing and didn’t have knowledge of the info wanted to try.. 🤦🏽♀️
Five star rating The beginning process for registration is very easy going, everyone is respectable. The waiting time is not long at all, very short less than 5 minutes every time to see the Physician. The pact team alignment is just awesome. The doctors are very polite and allowed patient to engage on their treatment plan and make sure you are very well taken care of medically. You can easily communicate in the Physician's East portal.
