I was amazed to learn of the new technique for scanning the liver. It was quick and painless . The technician was knowledgeable and thorough with explaining the procedure. If the need should arise for further scans I don't have to worry about it being uncomfortable. I was very pleased with the whole process.
The staff at the primary location of Physicians East is always friendly, respectful and helpful. The nurses treat you with dignity and seem to appreciate that you might be having one of your worst days or you would not need to be there. The ANP, Dara English, who I see regularly is a capable, experienced professional who shows true concern for my wellbeing, and works hard to find answers that improve my health. The environment is pleasant and the wait time is usually minimal.
Physicians East PA Gastrology is a great set of people to go to for health issues, particularly Gastro/stomach issues. Dara English has done more for me in the last years than any doctor in New Bern. She is dedicated to finding out the problem and finding a solution. I would 100% recommend her.
