RecommendedI've been going to physicians east for years and years but it's gone from great to horrible! cancelled appointment after cancelled appointment,doctors that don't know what the other doctors are doing,but the deal breaker for me is Dr Hague. The most rude doctor I've ever met! I will be finding a new Doctor
One stop for all comprehensive care. Comfortable, quiet, and clean environment. Prompt service. Friendly staff. Dr. Krohn, my physician, very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. Shout out to her!
I Am very dissatisfied with my appointment. Before I had my neurologist refer me to Physicians East Rheumatology I called my insurance to make sure they were in network. I then called Physicians East to make sure they were accepting patients and my insurance. They proceeded to tell me they didn’t accept my plan but after talking to the insurance coordinator and having her investigate it she said they did accept it but it was not on their list. Fast service with the nicest staff there to help me out.
The staff they hire are mostly inccompetent maybe it's the communication between the doctors and staff but somebody needs to be fired. I had a 6 month routine appt. I go in and see my doc go to lab..but this time they told me NOT to come. doc by phone. I told them. no. I have to go in for blood work they said no...when I get doc on phone he said. you should have come in. I explained that I told staff this 3 times he said. they were absolutely WRONG
I had a cyst for years and just recently it got infected. I called physicians East dermatology this morning and got lucky that they had a new patient cancellation and were able to squeeze me in. I went on my lunch break, was out in less than an hour and doctor Armistead was so laid back and hilarious that he made the entire experience a very positive one, even when I managed to direct hit him with my cyst. That thing is gone from my shoulder and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!
I love my dr an all the nurses an staff here...great pleasant place to come when feeling sick down are just need something for allergies...quick an prompt!!!
It’s has always been positive. Nice building, nice employees and most doctors.
