On feb23,2026 I had two procedures done via physician east. I’d requested three times to know what the procedure would cost, from the day I set the date to the day of and each time I was told someone will get with you shortly. A few weeks after procedure I received an outrageous bill from physicians East I contacted the billing department and spoke with a Barber Knox who told me yes it seemed that that Bill was extremely high and that she would check into it within 20 minutes she called me back told me that I didn’t know th... read more
I took my dad (who is 96) in last Monday 9/23 to see Dr Shirley Patel. Office visit was great. Had X-rays and lab work. Was supposed to call in 3 prescription and make referral for hospice care. It has been 8 days we have not heard anything and nothing’s been done. I called on Friday morning 9/27 waited all day for someone to call back no one ever called. I have on hold twice this morning 9/30 no one will answer the phone. Last on hold twice for longer than 15 minutes. This is past poor care.
