Top notch professional staff, technicians, customer service in a public setting serving the OHIP funded public which is very difficult. Great job for earning such a great reputation. Best imaging lab I’ve ever used. Thank you to the staff.
Came here for an X-ray during walk-in hours on a Monday around 4pm. The receptionists were friendly and Randy, the X-ray tech, was very professional. Total time in the clinic was about 40 minutes from start to finish.
I had a remarkable experience at this location—exceptional staff, excellent service, and genuinely caring individuals who went the extra mile to work within my schedule. The technician, Naima, stood out for her expertise and attention to detail, and she was both friendly and professional. The service was prompt and efficient, and delivered with a friendly smile. For anyone in need of diagnostic imaging, this is 'the' place to go. Highly recommended!
Everyone at this clinic was incredibly professional and caring. From the receptionists to the clinician I had, everyone seemed to actually enjoy their job. My clinician was so cautious with making sure she didn't irritate my existing abdominal pain. Their walk-in service basically saved me a trip to the ER to have an ultrasound completed in one day.
ultrasound tech Ban was absolutely amazing! I’ve been to many clinics but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The staff in the front is really kind as well and the wait times are very quick.
