The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the overall organization of the clinic left a lot to be desired. Rude employees. Went to have an ultrasound, arrived at 9:00 AM I was told that the technician arrives at 10, when I told them OK, I will wait, they said maybe 10:30 , I left. Next time, they told me that the technician is there but busy with a patient, I waited for over an hour and nothing. Will never go there again.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this ultrasound clinic. I had not one, but two repeat anatomy scans performed here, and I was repeatedly reassured that everything appeared normal. Later in my pregnancy, a fetal echocardiogram identified a significant congenital heart defect. I understand that no prenatal test can detect every condition and that congenital heart defects can sometimes be difficult to identify.
