Went for ultrasound of lower legs. Was called by last name and taken to x-ray room (not ultrasound) by a male technician. I asked him that I have only ultrasound but he said you have both and asked me for my birth date. Didn’t verify it in the requisition and Prepared me for X-ray and I did hear a click also. Came out and asked again for my birth date and that is when the receptionist also came on the door and told him that I was not the right patient and the actual patient and I had the same last name (all other medical fac... read more
Had my 13 weeks ultrasound with Samia and my 19 weeks with Ismat. Both were very very professional and friendly and made my experience a very calm and comfortable one. The receptionists were also very helpful. 10/10 I would recommend this place.
Coming in to this very convenient location when needed has always been a positive experience. I never wait long, the staff are extremely friendly and cheery!
This is a wonderful place to come and do your ultrasound. We drive 30 minutes out of our way just to come here because it is worth it. The staff are so kind. If the staff arrive before the clinic opens and there are patients standing outside and it is cold, they let them into the waiting room to sit and wait for the opening time. So sweet! Khudija did an ultrasound on my dad and he told me she was very kind and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone who needs an ultrasound.
We had a wonderful experience at this center. My wife and I went for an ultrasound when she was 8 weeks pregnant. We were pleasantly surprised that no appointment was needed for our first visit. The entire staff was very kind and attentive, but we especially want to highlight Dr. Khadija. Her professionalism, warmth, and empathy made this moment even more special and emotional for us. We are deeply grateful for the exceptional care we received. We highly recommend this place!
