Physicians Cooperative has friendly staff like Jeff at the front desk at the Oak Forest office. Lisa the MA listens to my questions and answers them so I can understand my health better. Dr Casco is caring and very professional. I highly recommend Physicians Cooperative.
This is the worst ran office I have ever seen, the doctors seem to be very comperent but the staff is horribe, 10 people running around and no one is doing any thing. And forget about getting copy's of anything or even having questions answered, what you will get is we will call you right back WHICH NEVER HAPPENS, and you will never get the copy's.
