I been here since 10:50 pm it’s now 1:10 am. This my second time coming to the hospital due to bad chest pains that’s causing my blood pressure to be uncontrolled. I was told to wait in the waiting room ok understandable due to no rooms, another lady came in maybe an hour after me and I heard her say she have acid reflux, so they took her right on back and I’m still out here, hurting, blood pressure up and they drawn my blood but never gave me a wristband… very disappointed and I asked the lady at the window why I didn’t get... read more

I would recommend this facility to anyone! My husband is here and he is not easy to satisfy when he is not feeling well. The staff here from er ,ICU and up to third floor has shown more care from the smallest thing to biggest . Their bed side manners and just being there to hear him out. They was able to accomplish more with what is going on with him. It has ment alote to both of us for him to heard and help rather then told and dismisses. The staff is attentive but the food sucks instead of meal plated it's in a bowl I was served spoiled milk grits with scrambled egg on top bacon bits in meat veg should be served on plate coffee tea on all plates and dessert the new plateing looks like pig slop

Had appointment today for 2 different tests. Called 5 or 6 times to find out if my insurance covered it, or if I'd have to pay and if so how much. Kept getting a voice mail and left several messages and never got called back for 2 days. Then spoke to a lady in the hospital and she said my insurance covered it. Then talked to another and she said it only covered 75 percent. So another lady told me it would be over 400. And that she'd set me up a payment plan for 6 months.
