Had appointment today for 2 different tests. Called 5 or 6 times to find out if my insurance covered it, or if I'd have to pay and if so how much. Kept getting a voice mail and left several messages and never got called back for 2 days. Then spoke to a lady in the hospital and she said my insurance covered it. Then talked to another and she said it only covered 75 percent. So another lady told me it would be over 400. And that she'd set me up a payment plan for 6 months. My sister took our dad to the Er. He had been having stomach pain for a weeks. On May 24, I was on my way to visit our family when my sister told me that she took our dad to the hospital. They told her that our dad needed an emergency surgery due to his gallbladder popped. Once I got to town I went straight to the hospital, Dr. Rodolfo Ovidio did his surgery and explain every detail and said surgery went well. Unprofessional, reactionary, and completely lacking in patient care. I went here for a routine X-ray required to start a new medication. The student technician in the room panicked, ran out to get an adult supervisor, and they both came back in full PPE. They completely refused to listen to my medical history, rushed me out the door, and refused to answer any basic questions about the results. Their refusal to communicate turned a routine medical requirement into a chaotic, stressful experience. Avoid this place.
