She is so nice and a good docter
Every time I call this office the person who answers the phone is so rude. She alwayscuts me off by saying, "I cant hear anything your saying" multiple times when Im trying to explain why I am calling. She has the most hateful tone and is so very rude. Anything I say, she belittles me and makes me feel stupid for calling. Every time I call to make an apt, I always end up hanging up because of how upset she makes me. Her name is Vivan.
