You say you welcome walk ins but when someone gets there they are treated like an idiot! Let me give you a bit of advice if someone is in your office because they don't think it is an emergency and after you get it through your head that it might just be an emergency don't talk down to them it is better if you go I think that you need more care than I can give you so how about letting me take you to the ER and have them take a look at you!
