If there were zero stars I would give that instead - This company canceled on me 3 times within a 4 days span. I have canceled work, made arrangements for my daughter and THREE times they have done this. I tried to get a person on the phone and they were in a different country and not helpful to say the least. Today my appt was schedule for 3:30 and I receive a text one hour before saying I need to reschedule once again. Never again
This location was great. MRI tech was professional and quickly responded. Previous visit to another location was not as pleasant.
I had a great experience. I was greeted quickly, my appointment was for 3:50. I was seen and out the door by 3:55. I did show up early as was required. Staff was professional and friendly. I was very concerned after reading the other comments, each persons situation and experience is different.
