Been going here a while and never had any problems. Jaydean Morris is fantastic. The one star reviews must be from grumps. You get what you give; be kind to the receptionists and Dr.’s and get excellent service and care back.
I would give less than 1 star if possible. I left the HMO I had with Medicare because of being part of Physicians Choice Medical Group. Care is delayed because of their slow authorization process but what finalized my decision was that they decide to make medical physicians without seeing or examining a person contradicting the referral that the physician makes. I changed to Medicare and a Supplement for about the same net cost to me and found out that the recommendation they made was not the proper treatment.
Terrible. Don’t use their services. They sit on referrals. Change medical groups ASAP
