Ridiculously long wait when the place only has a couple of people waiting
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. After waiting over an hour in the virtual portal for my telehealth appointment, the experience went from frustrating to unacceptable. Around the 30-minute mark, the doctor finally joined and admitted, “I didn’t know we were even on call for telehealth today,” followed by, “We can’t figure out how to log in.” Forty-five minutes later—still waiting in the queue—I received a text (not even a phone call) stating that my appointment had been canceled.
