Amber Surz is always pleasant, she recognizes me as a person not just a paying patient. Wouldn't trade her for an MD. Except maybe for brain surgery. Allee(spelling) who takes my vitals is also very pleasant with me. I don't like the patient portal. Need a new one easier to navigate. Also when a prescription has been renewed the email never states "what medication"
Today was supposed to be our first home visit with a new primary care between 9:30 and 11:30 this morning, we waited all morning and when we called for the reason for the missed visit they claim the doctor came to our home and knocked on several doors. This is false because I have a video camera that showed no one during this time. We've left many calls and voicemails to no avail, this is not a good first impression.
IVE BEEN WITH THEM ALMOST 2 YEARS NOW, I AM BEDBOUND SO ITS NICE TO KNOW I HAVE A INBOUND DOCTOR ON STANDBY & WITH MEDICAID IT WAS REALLY HARD TO FIND A INBOUND DOCTOR, I LIVE IN DEL CITY, OK AND THEY COME ALL THE WAY FROM CHANDLER,CBUT THEY DID CHANGE UP NURSES ON ME NICE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, ITS LIKE U GET SETTLED WITH ONE AND THEN THEY SWITCH AN U HAVE TO START ALL OVER .
Reconsider if you have serious health problems. My physician left this practice without telling me and then new physician wouldn't refill prescription until I saw her (after being out of meds for several days) then doesn't make the appointment she demanded. Poor judgement from inexperienced physician.
