This place has incredibly talented doctors but is run very inefficiently. For example, I've had to call them multiple times to request a prescription, and somehow the medical assistant got an attitude with me each time; upon arrival at a follow up appointment, I've been made to wait longer than 45 minutes (while waiting to pee as I might need a urine sample taken) with no explanation until I got up and asked -- then they told me the doctor is running late. After coming here for over 30 years I have to find a new OBGYN provider. How can you trust a provider who calls you in August to tell you your May test results require a biopsy? From May through August they continuously sent me notifications to review test result saying the same thing I saw last year which led me to believe I had no problems. In August they FINALLY call me to inform me that I need a biopsy. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR HEALTH!
Most of them are great. Dr Andre was my main provider and she was awesome. I had Susan and Michelle a few times they were awesome. Sue had a really warm/motherly demeanor,which is invaluable in this kind of setting. A+for all providers i encountered! I was with them from day 1 of pregnancy all the way till postpartum. I really love that the pediatrician group i used for my son was there from delivery till later on! He is now 19month,still with the same group
Poor patient care. The lady scheduler is rude and unprofessional. She was very cold and unwilling to help. I decided to go with a different provider because of the scheduler's attitude.
Yesterday, I had my first prenatal appointment with Physicians and Midwives. The staff were very friendly and the wait times were not long ago. My first experience was great! Update: although my time in the office was great, the customer service I receive on the portal and while trying to make appointments have not been so great. Will see how my next visit goes in person then decide if I will be switching to a different practice or not.
