My Dad waited for hours to be picked up.My Dad is 98 yrs old (Never complains)He had a few words about them.They were very unprofessional .I had to help The one guy get my Dad up out of the Wheelchair and get in the house,while the other one was by the truck acting busy.When I signed the Paper ,I said Thank You He turned around and said Nothing.Rude!!!!

I can’t believe this company is still in business. They seem to be consistently late. And not just a few minutes, but hours. I’m not sure why St Joseph’s continues to use them. Like most of the others, the only reason they are getting a 1, is they don’t have negative numbers. They should be ashamed.

I saw them in action at a local sporting event where they were on standby for first aid, and I was really impressed. Thankfully, we didn’t have any serious issues, but the EMTs were ready, organized, and even friendly with the crowd! It was so reassuring to know they were there and prepared for any situation. This is definitely the kind of company you want around if anything happens. Hats off to their event medical team. They're awesome at what they do!

My mom was transported from Boardman to Youngstown by a group of really kind and caring paramedics. They knew exactly what they were doing and paid close attention to how she was feeling and what she needed.

My mom has been using their service for regular non-emergency transports, and every experience has been amazing. They’re always punctual, the EMTs are friendly, and it’s clear they have genuine compassion for their patients.
