My wife was discharged from hospital.was told she would be picked up @ 5:30,then 7:30.finally they came @ 8:30. With a wheechair, apparently they werent told she was post op1 week from back surgery where they placed 6 screws in her back.lack of communication! The attendant said she was sorry and it would be another hour to 90 minuetes before they could arrange her transport. I GET IT! I WORKED IN THE MEDICAL FIELD FOR 50 YEARS! BUT UNACCEPTABLE!
Recently, my son needed specialized transport for a procedure at a facility across town. I didn’t know what to expect, but they provided top-tier service. Knowing they're a family-owned business really shows in the care they provide. I’m so grateful for their help!
My father has been waiting over 15 hours it's ridiculous. I understand delays but staying up all night waiting for him to come home and still waiting. Every few hours he's pushed back.
When there are delays, physicians’ ambulance has improved their communication to the staff and provides an estimated arrival time.
Really a zero. Already near 5 hour wait. It is understandable to expect delays. It is not courtesy to not contact patient and family to keep them up to date. I saw a similar review and the owner responded citing patient care prioritization. Essentially his point was the individual's relative was discharged from ED and going back a nursing home. Therefore, since it is a stable environment the patient was not prioritized. I will be curious how he gets defensive and spins not prioritizing my relative on continuous oxygen going ... read more
