If it would allow me to leave a zero, I would this is about the fourth time. This service has tried to transport my 92-year-old mother. Unfortunately, she is back and forth into the hospital. I have never ever have had a company with such poor service, I am not saying their team are bad people, they are very good when they get them but until they get them this company makes the patient bust I do not know why University Hospital has these people under contract. My husband is in hospice care at home and myself and my daughter are his caretakers. After much angst, I surrendered him for a 4 day respite stay. On 10/24, the day he was to return home, after an hour of waiting, I finally had to call and see if he’d been picked up yet. This company never showed up at the facility to pick him up to bring home.
