First time here was a good experience. Clean and neat appearing facility, felt like a real medical facility, not a fast food place like other urgent care facilities I've been to. Registration was quick and easy. Staff was pleasant and professional. PA that I saw knew exactly what I needed for treatment. I was in and out quickly and felt confident in their care. With treatment I'm already seeing improvement a day later.

I was incredibly impressed by how quickly I was seen and cared for. Every person from front desk to medical staff was kind, welcoming and professional. I used both the virtual and in person services and it could not have been easier or faster. I am typically jaded by the healthcare system but this was truly an amazing experience.
The staff is very friendly and professional. I did not have an appointment and they saw me immediately. The staff explained everything to me, helped with my insurance, and I was in and out. The nurse practitioner was very informative and kind and walked me through everything. I had a great experience with Yale New Haven Urgent Care and would definitely recommend
