I had a very good experience as usual. I highly recommend this clinic.
The doctor who saw me was great and he called in a prescription for me twice (first pharmacy was not open 🤯 on Labor Day). 4.5 stars for him! I was glad that they were open and saw me. But the low rating is because of the office and front receptionist who was not efficient. Honestly, I’m curious what she does since I had to fill everything out on my phone and upload pictures of my insurance cards while feeling very sick. In comparison to other receptionists at other urgent care clinics, she rates 2 stars.
