Had my first appointment today at 9:30am, I was told to arrive at 9am thirty minutes before. I get here, the door is locked. Nobody is answering, called the call center and the representative reaches out and they didn’t answer him either. I told the representative to cancel the appointment, waisted my time and gas and time coming here and nobody is in the office! How unprofessional is that? I would never come to any of their locations, Stay away! Find a different provider, they are unpredictable and unprofessional here.
