I showed up for a scheduled appointment, which was prepaid as part of a package, to find the office empty with no forwarding address. Phone goes to a voicemail box, but said box is full and will not receive messages... ever.

I checked around because I wanted to have some wrinkles smoothed out if possible...I had a face lift about 5 years ago but it didn't really address all of my issues. Physician Laser Centers was recommended to me by a friend and she was right...they are very good and very knowledgeable. I was quite happy with my result from the Fraxel treatments that I had and would go to them for any future needs. Very pleasant experience. Pat

There are a lot of people doing laser work these days but I found that it was very important to make sure that I was dealing with board certified professionals. If I was going to have someone working on my face, I wanted to make sure that they knew what they were doing. Physician Laser Centers made a task i was not looking forward to (hair removal) a simple and easy one. The process itself went smoothly. The physician was professional and willing to answer all my questions. And the staff was friendly. While you may not need a board certified dermatologist to perform laser hair removal the fact that their Center is under the supervision of one eased any health/safety concerns i might have had about choosing to visit it. If I ever need this type of service again I would definitely come back.

I recently went to Physican Laser Centers for a few skincare treatments and was so impressed by the professionalism of their staff. The team was helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions -- they even made post-treatment follow up calls to check on me. My treatment at Physician Laser Centers has been wonderful. The staff and physician at the Center are professional, caring, and friendly. At each visit, everyone takes the time to answer my questions about my care and to make me comfortable during treatment. I recently had very bad acne scaring on my face and heard that Fraxel could help improve my scars. I was skeptical at first, but after talking with Diane and Michael I wanted to give it a try. I've now had a series of 4 treatments and my scars have greatly improved!! I'm so thankful for the excellent care I was given at Physician Laser Centers and would recommend them to anyone dealing with my same condition.
