I was hesitant to try hearing aids again because the first time (10 yrs ago) did not work for me. But I am very happy with my Resound hearing aids. My major problem is with background noise and these aids have really helped with that. The first week I had them in was amazing to me. I felt normal around people, meaning I could hear conversations in public. My husband can now turn down the sound on the TV and I can understand public speakers. So far so good. The staff including the Dr. are very knowledgeable and professional!
I have only been 2 times. Both times they were all professional with an at home comfortable feeling!
