I have been to this urgent care before and always had a great experience, and even the doctor I saw today was very nice. However, my experience with a staff member named Barb was very disappointing. She was rude, kept talking over me while I was trying to explain my medications, and did not listen to what I was saying. My prescription was also not handled correctly, and when I tried to correct the information, I was not given a chance to speak.
