This is the THIRD time I have ran out of a prescription for a medication that was supposed to be indefinitely refilled. My pharmacy has reached out to Physician First to no avail. What is the point in prescribing a medication if your patient cannot access it? Ridiculous.
This place is a joke! They are Way understaffed and the front desk acted like I was a bother. Sat in an empty lobby for an hour then went back to an exam room for another hour. The building looks dilapidated and appears to be falling apart.

I took my son yesterday after discovering a swollen lymph node on his neck. Upon arriving, we saw Paula Miller. I will not call her doctor. This lady literally looked him over. Didn’t order any labs or testing and told me he was fine only That he’s probably fighting off something. Which is all fine and dandy but as a provider it is your job to try to find out what’s going on This is a child.
