Update: they rescheduled me for an 8:30 AM appointment so that "you will be the first patient and won't have to wait". I went this morning and waited 25 minutes without even an acknowledgement of me being there (after checkin in). There were no other patients, and no sign of any activity in the exam rooms.After 25 minutes, I was with a technician for about 15 minutes of preliminary vision checks, and then told the doctor would call me when ready. Usually good experience here but today I sat in the waiting room for an hour. I finally had enough so I just left.
I had an "eye emergency" and this place got me in same day. They were so nice and scheduled me for follow up at the office nearer to my home that was ALSO AWSOME. Dr Pillari was so kind.
Highly recommended vet professional and very helpful and very quick service
Everyone was really nice and great except the woman with red hair working at the front desk. Very obviously was annoyed (sighing and rolling her eyes at me) and had an attitude from the second I walked in. Very disappointing and she should learn from her coworkers!
