This is a long overdue review and I have been putting it off for some time. My family and I have been visiting Dr. Dhannawat (Dr. D) for the past 3 years across the three offices. I am not sure how Google reviews works so posting it for all three offices. We had a very pleasant experience every time. The staff is very professional. First visit was a routine check-up (5 of us in the family - 2 kids and parents). The technician was very thorough and patient with us. No one said a word when I came in. Sign said sign in and sit down. I did. 15 minutes after my appointment I spoke to front desk. I was told to sit back down and they’d be with me shortly. I explained I had another appointment and needed info. They said there was someone in w the dr and there were two people to be seen before me. If you’re running that late, tell people. We have lives and plans that need adjusting. Also, greet people when they come in.
