I normally DREAD talking to a billing dept about Medicare benefits. I spoke with a very nice lady who was quick to answer the phone and was extremely kind and helpful. Giving this place five stars just for this.
Update: Rebecca, the office manager, really helped resolve my issue. I want to thank her personally for assisting without admonition. While I understand that my urgency may not seem urgent to the provider or clinic sraff, I would hope to be able to communicate my concerns without subtle rebuke. I've worked on the administrative side of military medicine since 2003 so I'm well aware of the allotted times provider's are given to respond to messages. However to call a facility multiple times without someone, anyone reaching out... read more
