Westpac labs is no longer located on Sage they closed up shop with no notification to the community. Currently there's only one other place in town to get blood drawn and that's Quest the problem there is they don't take walk ins appointment only and most the time they are overbooked so good luck.

SAVE YOURSELF A WASTED DAY. If I could give ZERO STARS to this place I would!! This place is the worst!! Everytime I come in trying to save the 45 minute ride to Bakersfield I come here just to hear the receptionist announce a ridiculous (2+ hour) wait time because "she's the only one here" or is "new" with only 3 patients in the waiting room. I understand being short staffed occasionally or dealing with new employees but absolutely NO BACKUP?? EVERYTIME?!?!

They close extremely too early 11am. They aren't open in afternoon no more which is ridiculous. Also if your coming in for drop off you still wait long and some drop offs have to be refrigerated and that lady just leave it on counter. It should be two or three people working here it would help with the wait.

I’ve wasted so much time sitting in this place. The employee is extremely slooooow!!! Don’t even bother going unless you have 2 hours to waste. It’s hot and smells like 1985. Dreadful experiences for a pregnant lady who has a bowel disease.
