Has the bedside manner of a - no, wait, why compare? Dr.Jaeger has NO bedside manner, unless you call being abrupt and rude a bedside manner. Not exactly what I needed when I'd gone to her seeking help with anxiety and depression. I jumped ship after two visits, and my condition improved vastly when I found a COMPASSIONATE doctor to work with.

I used to like this place but, when I was in the worst condition of my life this week, I was unable to call and speak to a person. I am unable to talk to my doctor. Luckily, I have a physical scheduled today so I guess they have to talk to me now.

Good luck getting through their horrible phone system. I had to actually get in my car and drive to their office in order to resolve a prescription issue because I couldn't get through on the phones for 3 days straight.

Took my handicapped friend to see Dr.Jaeger and was accused of neglecting her care and dismissing her interaction with the nurse. After the doctor found her mistake and realized I had NOT neglected my friend's care she acknowledged her mistake but then proceeded to treat me very condescendingly. It's hard enough being a care-giver without being accused of neglect by the patient's doctor.

All 4 members of my family go to Physician Associates. My 2 daughters like the detail and time that Dr. Jaeger takes to explain everything to them. My husband and I have used one of the other doctors since they were associated with Jefferson Internal Medicine on Jefferson St. We never had a problem with the office staff at Jefferson Internal Medicine mainly because that office was more connected with the Carillon Hospital network.
