Only to book an appointment they have 1 person which name is Michelle, still waiting for a call back. No one theres seems they care about patients. They all pass the call like a hot potato. I BEING TRY TO CALL SINCE YESTERDAY ONLY TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT I CANNOT IMAGINE WHHM WE HAVE A EMERGENCY.
THEY DELETE BAD REVIEWS!!! Only OB I've visited since I was 13 years old. Im 26 now and this office is terrible. The only good thing about this place was the care Dr.Chudgar provided. Constant billing & prescription issues, not to mention the office staff is rude, dismissive, and completely unresponsive to phone calls. Absolutely done with this office.
I used to see Dr. Gerkovich at this office 19 years ago and when he retired I stayed with the practice and saw Dr. Danna. The staff was always the same and I felt great about the practice. In the last 4 years things have changed and I've seen many new faces. Hey things change, but quality of care has gone down. There was an instance where they actually lost my urine sample that I left. I had a concern about a visit I had just this week, I left a voicemail and also went into mychart to send a message and no reply. I called ju... read more
