Very rude and unprofessional administration assistants/receptionists (Stacey and another). Will be filing a complaint with 'Florida Health Care Complaint Portal'.
Get a new receptionist Lashawnda could conveniently hear everything I said except the member number to my insurance. She clearly just wanted to hang up and not do her job. PLEASE TRAIN HER AND YOUR STAFF!
