Really enjoyed my visit and care here — staff were super friendly and Tina the P.A. was so sweet and very informative of the process for delivering your baby and the options you have.
Dr. Cate-smith is nice. It would be nice if the front desk was nice too. You can ask one person and they will point to someone else to do it. Example, after my visit, I had a sheet to give to the front desk. One lady pointed to an empty chair and said "wait over there for her to do that ". No idea where the lady went so I stood there for a few minutes and the same lady said "I'll just do it". Some of them, asking them something makes me feel like I'm bothering them.
