Everyone at this office is amazing. I changed my PCP to Dr. Moss because I and my family love the caring she provided to my mother, Shirley McIlwain. I see the PA Anne Cardaci and I couldn't be more grateful with the time and care both she and Dr. Moss provides to me, my sister, Tasha Porterfield and my mom. I even encouraged my daughter to make Dr. Moss her PCP. Thank you all! You're all truly a blessing!
This place used to be run very well when it was run by Dr. Timmel. Unfortunately, since he left it has been completely run into the ground. The staff seems fairly inapt and incompetent and are unable to perform the most mundane of tasks. My mother had a prescription that had been filled multiple times previously by her endocrinologist. Apparently Dr. Timmel’s replacement decided to combine two medications, having never seen my mother. This resulted in a far more expensive medication cost as she goes through Medicare. I had decent experiences with Dr. Wilson and his office pre Covid. Since Covid it seems I can’t get an appointment without booking 3 or 4 weeks out. So now I lay on my floor with sciatic pain because they can’t squeeze me in until the 3rd week of feb. Maybe take on less patients so I can see my primary care doctor in a reasonable amount of time?
